Dr. McMahon consults for Eovino & Associates, Inc. by initiating permitting at the various City & County of Honolulu and State of Hawaii bureaus. This includes subdivisions, condominium property regimes (CPR’s), shoreline surveys, shoreline management areas, etc.   He is experienced in navigating the requirements of the permitting procedures at the Department of Planning & Permitting, the Department of Land & Natural Resources, and the Building Code.  He also holds a PhD in exercise physiology and has coached Olympic gold medal winning athletes.  Dr. McMahon is a licensed Realtor Associate with Eovino & Associates, Inc. and brings a vast amount of knowledge to the Company.
