Donald T. Eovino (R) Emeritus, GRI, CRB, CRS

President and Principal Broker

Donald T. Eovino has been developing multi-million dollar residential properties in Hawaii since the early 1990’s.  He formed Eovino & Associates, Inc. in 1974, and has over 47 years experience as a licensed Realtor in the State of Hawaii.  The boutique real estate developer specializes in luxury beachfront properties throughout Oahu, particularly in the neighborhoods of Kahala, Diamond Head, Kailua, Portlock, and the North Shore.

Prior to developing real estate, he has extensive experience in marketing and sales of all types of property ranging from projects marketed under S.E.C. registration to exclusive brokerages of over 1,000 condominium apartments. Donald has also been involved in the development of commercial properties in Honolulu and Hilo.

Donald opened an office in Hong Kong in 1993 and continues to participate in various opportunities in Asia. Donald has also been a speaker during trade seminars as a representative for The State of Hawaii in conjunction with the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism.

EDUCATION

Donald is a graduate of the Realtor’s Institute of Hawaii (GRI). He is certified by the Realtor’s National Marketing Institute as a Certified Residential Broker (CRB) and also as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). A former teacher, Donald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Kent State University.
