  2. The Westbury – 44-story high rise on Ala Moana Blvd. in Waikiki. October 1983-February 1984. Exclusive broker & consultant.
  3. Marketing Agent/Exclusive Broker for Ke Nani Kai, Molokai, an Interval Sales Program called Villavest-a 1/6 (2 month) fee simple interest. January to June 1983. Trained fifty agents, organized on-site office on Molokai and off-site office in Waikiki. Great American Management Company was hotel operator.
  4. Kauai Beach Villas – Marketing Agent and Exclusive Broker/Underwriter for Kauai Beach Villas. $40,000,000. Registered Public Offering set up to sell 150 resort condominiums on Kauai . Trained and licensed 125 sales people. Minimum investment of $5,000.00 ($2,000 for IRA’s) combined with use privileges resembled a time-share marketing approach. Organized five sales offices – three in Waikiki , one on-site, and one on Maui . September 1981 to September 1982.
  5. Maui Gold – Private placement of a Hawaii Limited Partnership. Set up to capitalize a wholesale manufacturer of tourism related electroplated jewelry. Organized the placement and successfully marketed and sold for $300,000. June to November 1982.
